NEW UPDATE

Well...we went to the doctor Wednesday...received good news. Mommy passed the Sugar Glucose test and Baby Cailey is doing wonderful. Strong heartbeat still. We go back on September 2 and will have our 4D Ultrasound. We are very excited about that!!

We had our first Baby Shower at the Church yesterday and it was wonderful. Cailey has many cute things for her and her room. We thank everyone for everything!!

We head out on the last road trip until Cailey is born on Thursday. We are headed to St. Louis, MO for another baby shower. Before we know it, our sweet angel will be here and we are so excited!

As for Cailey...she is growing and staying active. Mommy's belly grows by the day and Cailey moves more and more each day. Loud noises make her jump...but we LOVE to feel her move.

Update from Doctor

Well, we had our doctor visit this afternoon. Baby Cailey is doing just fine. The doctor is pleased with her progress. Mommy is doing well....she has lost another pound but the doctor does not seem to be concerned with the weight loss. We go back in four weeks and have the glucose screening...Mommy is not so excited about drinking "that stuff" prior to her appointment. On another line...Baby Cailey is becoming more active daily...and mommy's belly is beginning to expand...

We will continue to keep everyone updated on our progress....

Energy

Well...the iron pills seem to be giving Mommy a little bit more energy. We go back to the doctor a week from Wednesday for a regular appointment. No sonogram this time :(. That will be kind of sad...ha! We LOVE to see our little angel on that screen. But will be able to hear her heartbeat. The heat is getting a little too much for Mommy to handle. 100 degree days have got to give! ha! Will report more when we go to see the doctor next week.

Active

Well...Cailey is becoming more active. She tends to move alot more when she hears loud noises...especially music. She gets startled. Guess Daddy will have to learn to keep the music down. Ha! Nothing else new...other than the hot heat is getting the best of Mommy.

Updates

Well, slowly, but surely, this site will eventually fall in place. The iron pills have not yet kicked in enough to give me some energy, but they are making mommy feel a little more sick. Baby Cailey is doing fine...becoming more active each day. She happens to move more when she hears alot of loud sounds and/or music. We registered her for daycare last Friday...so that is one step out of the way! Our registries are completed, for now. We are registered at Babies R Us and Target. So far, everything is going well. We will continue to post and will try to get more pictures up as soon as we can figure this "blog" out! Hope everyone out there is doing well!

New Site

We have just created this site to help us keep our friends and family in the loop. Please continue to watch for baby updates!! We will try to post regularly. As of today, we are 19weeks and 6days pregnant. We are expecting a sweet baby girl, to be named Cailey Madison, due on November 2, 2009. We are so excited and cannot wait for her to come into this world. Right now, she weighs 10oz.
